1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and participate in real-cash games.

  • Geographical Restrictions: Our services are intended for residents of India where online skill-based gaming is legal.

  • Prohibited States: Access to real-money games is strictly prohibited for users residing in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and Meghalaya. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions via VPN or other means is a violation of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Single Account: Users are permitted to create only one account. Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your mobile number and legal name.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. iindrummy.com is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. KYC & Identity Verification

  • To ensure a secure gaming environment, we require Mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all withdrawals.

  • This may include providing a copy of your PAN Card and a valid government-issued address proof.

  • Failure to provide valid documents will result in the rejection of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits: All deposits made to your wallet are for the sole purpose of playing games on our platform. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Withdrawals: You may withdraw your “Withdrawable Balance” (winnings) at any time through UPI or Bank Transfer.

  • Processing Time: While we offer 24/7 instant withdrawals, some transactions may take up to 24-48 hours depending on bank processing times.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Skill-Based Gaming: All games on the IND Rummy app are games of skill.

  • Collusion & Cheating: We have zero tolerance for cheating, team play (collusion), or the use of automated bots.

  • Monitoring: Our system monitors gameplay patterns. If a user is found guilty of unfair practices, iindrummy.com reserves the right to freeze the account and forfeit the remaining balance.

6. Taxes (TDS)

  • In accordance with Indian Income Tax laws, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be deducted from net winnings as per the current government regulations (currently 30% on net winnings at the time of withdrawal).

  • We will issue TDS certificates to users upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the IND Rummy app, including logos, graphics, software, and text, is the property of iindrummy.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms or engage in illegal activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
